Meeting Your Higher Self

This deep meditation allows you to connect with yourself in the present moment as well as your higher, authentic self - the you that already lives inside of you but you've lost touch with them. This is great to come back to as much as you need, find a rhythm that works best for you, as you are creating vision and direction for your life.

This guided meditation is created to allow your subconscious mind to come forward in a theta wave state (this is why I have you activate the fluttering of your eyes in the beginning to go into REM and allow your mind and nervous system to calm much quicker and deeper).

They are backed by neuroscience and created with tools from hypnotherapy and NLP to support your neural reprogramming so you can create new neural pathways (beliefs) because this is how you create sustainable change in your life.

This will help you:

  • reconnect with your authenticity
  • develop vision for your life
  • make a decision with clarity
  • reconnect with your worthiness and magnetism

When to use:

  • starting or ending your day
  • if you need a mid day break
  • if you've forgotten yourself, where you're going or your purpose

After you listen to the meditation, take 10 minutes to journal what came up for you

JOURNAL PROMPTS:

1) Observe this version of you in 5 years from an outside perspective, what do they prioritize and put first in their life?

2) What have they let go of between the you now and the you, then?

3) What have they invested in?

4) What's the difference between the you now and the you, then, and their energy and confidence? What does it feel like in your body?

5) What message did the you in 5 years give you? How can you embody that here in the present moment?

6) What decisions did that version of you in 5 years make that enabled her to show up the way she did? How can you drop into this version of you here and now?

If your symptoms are moderate to severe, make an appointment with a specialized doctor such as a psychiatrist. I always suggest seeking out a support group in your community and educate yourself about your symptoms and diagnosis.
